I think every athlete likes good food, we care a lot about healthy eating, which supplies us with essential nutrients! so, nothing better than a solid breakfast before a hard working and training day :-)
I mostly like cereals, nuts, seeds, some dried fruit mixed up with soy milk and natural yoghurt accompanied with fresh fruit, eggs are fine, some bread too and of course a cup of coffee..or two
well, here at playitas it's easy, the buffet offers a wide range of fresh food, except my beloved tahini :-)
but also back home I take time to prepare a nice brekkie in order to assure the right energy supply for the day! so take your time, your body will be thankful!
