yesterday I won the double olimpic distance italian champs at candia! this new triathlon format, established this year from ITU is held over the following distances: 3 k swim, 80 k bike and 20 k run - my victory time: 4:22.04, this means 43:53 swim, 2:16.43 bike and 1:20.28 run!
I'm very happy with this result!
