DNF

well, what to say? a DNF isn't exactly what I was looking for at the abu dhabi international triathlon! I had a good swim and also on the bike I felt well the first 2 hours, but than I had to fight with stomach problems and the hard conditions, heat and strong winds, didn't ake it easier...so after 90 km on the bike I decided, for the first time in my carrier, to stop! as my preparation wasn't 100%, to bring this race home, would have cost me to much and affect my next races in a very negative may, it's only march!

of course this new experience was a very negative one, but I will look forward and proceed with my preparation for the next races!
