rest day

yesterday I did a short bike ride along the course and checked out the swim course together with my friend andreas, he comes also from south tyrol and does his 26th ironman race here!

...and today as always 2 days before an ironman race I have a rest day, today is eat and sleep day :-)

ok, well, also some other activities will be fine...like chatting, blogging, shopping etc. and of course have some phone calls with my honeys at home !
