very tough day out there yesterday!!! uff, I suffered a lot during marathon, due to my injury could't prepare it ...so I'm happy with 16. place!
had a good swim, excellent bike ride and then...as I said before...hard day at the office :-)
now let's enjoy the beauty of the hawaiian island and recover well for a new season!
