back home from CDA

a few days ago I came back from IM coeur d'alene with a non completely satisfying 8th place! I didn't feel great during bike leg, couln't find a good rhythm and was alo a bit powerless :-(

but swimming and running were good, so I managed to finish into the top ten!

after the race adi and I spent a whole week of holiday in an around cda! we could stay all the time with our homestay family, the flanagans!! it was so great...everything! first, of course, the people itself, they did all to make us feel like beeing at our home... they took us out to a boatride along sokane river and down to lake coeur d'alene...it was amazing! we could jump right into the water from their private dock :-), our bedroom offered a breathtaking view to spokane river, but we had also fun preparing and eating some italian dishes, like pasta and pizza... :-)

marie and tom, thank you so much for the possibility to stay at your beautiful house at post falls, it was an experience, which we will always take with us :-)
