well, this is my first note from haikou - i arrived yesterday evening after a loooong flight, had a really good sleep and this morning i went out to have a look at the bike course...riding with a group of athletes - thanx guys :-)
the course is really flat and if there is not too much wind on race day it will be very fast....
so, i'm feeling fine and i'm really looking forward to race, after my dns at ironman malaysia two months ago ..
